
David is joint founder of HeritAIge and leads the investment team. David experienced a broad career of banking and corporate finance before commencing his PE career. He is renowned for having one of the strongest networks in the North of England bringing both deal flow and executives to deals. He successfully led investment in the UK for Nimbus Capital delivering market leading returns. Prior to this he was at Royal Bank of Scotland and PwC .

Ondrej is responsible for investments across the North Of England and sits on the Board of portfolio companies. Ondrej has a background in leverage finance, regional private equity, and restructuring. He joins HeritAIge after a successful period at FD Capital establishing it as a leading brand in the UK private credit market. Prior to this he had a successful career at Yorkshire Fund Managers and RBS.

As joint founder of HeritAIge Chris chairs the investment committee. Chris has over 20 years' experience in Private Equity with an unrivalled track record for establishing high performing investment funds. He was instrumental in founding Endless LLP, Enact EIS Fund and Nimbus Fund IV (UK) where he delivered exceptional returns for investors.

Tim acts as non executive in HeritAIge supporting operational enhancement in the portfolio. Tim is the Founder and Chairman of Libra, a leading operational consultancy for manufacturing and supply chain.

Tim will lead the HeritAIge assessment and execution of technology enhancement in our transactions as non executive. Following qualification with accounting firm Andersen he embarked on a successful 20 year career at BP.
Tim became technology leader within the BP organisation founding their enterprise analytics service, accelerating PowerBI adoption across the group and being mandated by the BP executive team to embrace data and AI implementation reporting directly into the Chief Executive and working closely with the Chair. In 2025 Tim left BP to pursue a plural career.
